STUNNA: THE ALL-NAIBU MIX...

This mix was originally aired on STUNNA's show ‘THE GREENROOM’ on Bassdrive.com on January 3rd, 2007. STUNNA is live in the mix showcasing the talents of up-and-coming producer NAIBU (Breakin’/Bassbin - France).






Info on NAIBU:


Hailing from the suburbs of Paris, France, NAIBU discovered Drum n Bass in the late 90’s. After being introduced to a sequencer by a friend, there was no turning back. With influences ranging from the sampler maestros of the 90’s: DJ Shadow, DJ Krush, Amon Tobin, and EL-P (amongst many others), to the depth of 70’s electronic and progressive music, NAIBU digs deep in the crates, refreshing old dust to make something completely original.

NAIBU’s debut release , a tune called “AKI”, backed with MARTSMAN’s “AEIRO”, is set to drop early 2007 on BASSBIN’s sister label BREAKIN’. Forthcoming projects for NAIBU include collaborations with Hungary’s finest production outfits TACTILE and SPINLINE, and also exciting new material alongside HYDRO of QUARANTINE and DNAudio fame.
