crappy blt from sainsburys... didnt have time to make a decent lunch coz i woke up late then realized i had to iron a shirt... which take me 20mins longer than any normal person!

you should of seen it i made it yesterday, bbq'd a whole load of chicken that i marinated the night before in jerk, all spice, chillis, onions peppers, coconut rice , kidney beans its was proper

and the misses made the cake Smile

I had an Omega 3 sandwich with some added spinach in it today. From M&S.

Got an all butter flapjack here too - which i'll probably eat in a few minutes. Also got a banana, but saving that for the way home I reckon.

Rohan - thanks for teaching me how to cook proper eggs on sat - did them this lunch and a huge success!!! (can cook very well but eggs are my weak point as I dont eat them much)
