New directions are encouraged recovering from my condition. “Unconscious Fears And Fantasies” is a 20 minute concept mix inspired by two mental shoots – the first seeing a hypnotherapist who is teaching me positive affirmations – the second having my friend trek to the UK and predicting the best possible outcome. For the former, I am advised to tap into my unconscious mind because as I'm told it believes everything you tell it. In reading literature of this nature such as “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise L. Hay, I am understanding that areas of the body correlate to feelings, emotions, and pressure points. Rebalancing your brain is an available attribute from EFT, relaxing monopolies of lucky chances spilling from one brain state (unconscious) to the other (conscious). Now I practice a supplementary breathing exercise when anxiety sets in, with an ingrained segment of the therapist's voice appearing when things are overcast. “Unconscious Fears And Fantasies” is also a transposition of the latter's unrelenting darkness stitched with elation – it transcends the high pitched seriousness of Greg Haines' “Marc's Descent” to Olive's rapturously reassuring “You're Not Alone”. The aural physique is very similar to “A Constant Stream”, a forthcoming collaboration.
