anyone suffer tendonitis?

think i'm going to have to start taking serious measures w/ some physio and be even MORE consious of my guitar playing approach.

i've been told to soak my hands/arms in either hot or cold water (whichever feels best) with ginger in it, for about 10 mins before playing.....apparently helps with circulation and relaxation.

Geeeeez louise! I've always been a big filmbuff but I'm starting to get really obsessed with old movies. I've had some really interesting classes recently on Weimar cinema (Fritz Lang, F.W. Murnau, Ernst Lubitsch, etc. etc.) and it's absolutely amazing the movies they used to make! I can't wait to get my hands on every one of them...
