Does anyone else here just use a computer and to mix dowd?
Or is it just me? This is what I've got at the moment using soft syths and my Yamaha AN1x and Electribe ER1... I can't seem to shake a slightly computer game feel to my tunes though. Any tips to avoid the slightly "plasticy" sound you get from computers?

To get things started, I do stuff like so:

I very very very rarely bounce my drums. I like to be able to tweak the drums until the very last moment. Same goes for bass (believe it or not :P ). These two things can sometimes eat one third of my CPU just between them, but I never bounce them. So
