that groove album is one of the most underrated albums in dnb in my opinion. whatever u like to say about it being groove or optical or both the album has a beginning and an end, a certain sound and a strong concept/feel to it. im not saying its better than goldie timeless but it definitely is a full-on mature artist album with great music instead of "the 12 last tunes that were made all on one album" - which is what most of the dnb albums are. and dont even get me started on inta, structures of red, the warning, skies, fucking hard work, charades, bachelorette remix, 808 state remix etc etc etc etc. which have greater ideas than 90% of dnb at that time

I saw the track lists archive before but I may have been being thick but I couldn't find any rips of the actual show tapes..

still after my all time favourite show with first airing of u don't know remix.. That one isn't in the track lists archive either I don't think

They've started adding links to the actual archives now if you have another look. Each tracklisting should now have a link to the corresponding file

I had a look though the tracklisting dates to work out when the one you're after was from however Grooverider & Fabio moved to a Friday night slot sometime that year which makes it a bit more difficult. Do you remember if it was a wednesday or a late night friday show you was listening to?

I'm not really up on whats been done already or not - JJ 's the one whos been managing the whole Kiss fm shows thing really, but even if they have its always good to get another copy just to fill in gaps or even a better reception. I'll be looking forwards to hearing them anyway

I've got the Grooverider show downloaded and I think JJ's got it by now, if anyone else wants I'm sure they'll post up soon enough... I didn't even see that you had uploaded the first time else I would have been all over it already no doubt.

Thanks a lot for ripping these sets. I'll upload them to the Rolldabeats server this week so there's permanent hosting for the sets.

There is currently audio for around 50 shows on that Rolldabeats thread. The plan is to eventually have direct downloads for every tracklisted show when the new Rolldabeats site is up and running.

in fact real epiphany moment sat mashed up in the car and Rider drew 'you dont know remix' and lemons 'dont make me wait' back to back.. it was the first time id heard all that serious low pass filter stuff and it done me in properly! if anyone has that show on tape please please please hook me up!
