i had nothing to do with it. really.
they have banned hoods worn up in shopping malls round here... most normal people dont wear hoods up inside anyway, but i still dont agree with any rules about clothing... you cant do anything about it though as shopping malls are privately owned usually so its on their terms.
i am not sure what i would do in a shopping mall anyway... maybe buy a hoodie at a clothing store?
