grrrr how does one end up being invited?

u can only get invited by a power user & they give out these invites twice a month.

8bits-if i ever get an invite you'll be 1st on my list

but it will take ages 4 me 2 become a power user

you can ask around on other sites for invites...like empornium & any other torrent sites that have forums......a lot of ppl just give out invites 2 whomever asks if your around at the right time.

yeah i heard they're in the clear.

infact they seem 2 try & comply with certain requests from thesse huge movie companies by removing certain movie links from their site...of course this is 3-4 weeks after it's been active

im using Azureus as a client but how do i disable my anti virus so i can download the torrents?

using nod32 by the way

start > settings > network connections
right click on your connection.. click properties.

go to the advanced tab and click settings at the bottom.
click add. type in these

description of service:
Azureus
Name of computer/Ip hosting:
localhost
and for external and internal port number, make sure they're the same as the settings as in azureus. mine is like 6881.

make sure its set on TDP. and then just okay everything and restart azureus.

It only opens to new members when it kicks out people with a low ratio, so you have to keep checking it all the time. It's a GOLDMINE - best torrent site out there for me. You can get everything from eastenders to match of the day, and a lot of older stuff. They don't allow anything that's been released on DVD though.
