the label is Anodyne (part of Shockwave)
the artist is Avorza (or would be later)
it's an anonymous release with anonymous "acid" track titles: No 303, No 202 etc

In the mid 90s I also bought lots of Garage Punk/Neo Surf 7 inch rettles. John Peel used to play lots of this stuff too.

A fav band was Man or Astroman.
