single hits and loops.. any tips from the tracker peoples.. i was messing around last night and got some loops Rollin which were goin good, but the velocity of each part of the loop was different.. is there a way of changing the velocity of the hits or loops?

i'm liking this renoise tho, works with vst's aswell and you van asign the faders and knobs on my midi controller
You can use the volume column to sort out volumes line by line. But Maybe you need to sort out your break in a wav editor before tracking it.

Best tip is... learn the offset command. Cool Another good tip is learn to use loop points and envelopes and note off combos in your instruments.

yeah, just use the note column. press esc and type the number in.

for sample offset, go to the wave editor, and click on diff parts of the wave.
see the number next to where it says offset? like A8..

click at the beginning of the snare, see what it says, then make a new note in the pattern editor, and the column next to the volume, the one with _ _ _ _
just type in the sample offset.

oh and start on the 2nd _ , just type in 96D or something, dont put the 0 in before hand. and its always 09xx. 09 makes it trigger from the offset.
