I was thinking of getting one of those twintrack pro units.
are they worth the money?

Do you wanna buy mine off me? Smile

It's a nice unit (for the money) i just hardly ever use it now as i can plug most things straight into my emu card so was thinking off selling it.

hi mr elektrovert, not so much packed away as just stood gathering dust for a good few years (and not properly hooked up, thinking back to my patchbay setup thread that you helped me with Wink)

this room was basically the garage at my mums, which i used for years but now i live in a one bedroomed flat which is limiting in every respect - noise considerations, space, acoustics, missus having the telly on in the same room all the time haha

it's been very refreshing to go back and set up again - no internet connection, just privacy, a good sounding room and my gear. hence why i've been writing more already....

i love it! Wink

mmmm, i suspect a behringer piss-take...... haha Lol

yeah mate, would love to get some of that fat avalon shit in my setup, but to be honest i wouldn't know how to use it properly anyway - when i compress it's always overdone, but sod it, i like it! i'll stick to software until a relative dies Teef

yeah, DEFINITELY the first thing i'll be doing when i finally finish some tracks - after my overly-long migration from pc to mac and reintegrating the hardware, etc.....

although i'll have prob over-cooked each individual track by that point anyway, so....... Lol
