above - rme fireface800

below - not really worth mentioning Lol it's the tc electronic m350, really the only usable thing on it is the reverb and even that is questionable. one of those impulse buys at a little local guitar shop.. hope to replace that rack unit with something else soon Lol
hi mate (jcb)

that's a sweet setup, proper agressive looking too - can't imagine anything too mellow coming out of that lot haha

it looks like a fucking military control nerve centre hidden somewhere on the death star ffs

on a more relevant note, does the acoustic tiling behind the monitors improve things much? i covered all my walls in my old studio with carpet, works pretty damn well, but am moving soon and def open to ideas for acoustic treatment in a cellar Wink

regards, maff

well, it did make a significant improvement for my empty (apart from my desk) studio. there is some on the opposite wall too of course. no other furniture in there, just cold hard walls. its far from perfect, i could really use some bass traps, and a couch/bookshelf or something in there. but it's a start!

i have an old one. served mainly as a sound library, some sample creating/mangling, also more in depth control of some hardware bits. right now building a new one and got 24 a/d d/a goin. hope to have updated pics.

The computer is in another room so it's almost noise free in here.
