There is a 127 video youtube.com playlist for Partisan Records. It's not the electronica outlet though, bands.

This is the only release I have. It's the best one IMO. Brilliant 12"

I have been thinking about Partisan lately, and even tried to contact them about reviving the back catalog digitally. However, I didn't remember that Cerulean Seas sounded so beautiful. This is a track that I wished I had been able to write... a beautiful, deep, uplifting, and emotional piece of music.
