I agree. Once I've cleaned out my PM box I can get to mailing certain peeps. Any overseeing parties with an interest in repping SC should mail me at [email protected] so that I can invite them to contribute. Xyxthumbs

Me neither. I don't know if one can be installed or if blogspot doesn't allow these things.

Maybe I'm missing something - I don't get why this blog has got 'subvertcentral' in the address, maybe replacing the 'subvertcentral' bit with 'musicinoxfordespeciallyattheO2academy' would be more appropriate.

I don't see how this blog is representing Subvert Central and therefore don't see why the blog should use the name.

I don't see how this blog is representing Subvert Central and therefore don't see why the blog should use the name.

It represents SC by being a continuation of my Subvert Central-related project Dastardly Exposure (http://www.myspace.com/dastardlyexposure). For the record, the whole concept of Dastardly Exposure (the internet project I prolonged before this) was to create a non-profit media resource, which could mean anything goes. The problem has come with oversaturation of live reviews, and a lack of exposure for the blog's mission statement.

If you read The Dastardly Depot, you'll see it was more SC related. That's where I'd like to get to with SubVersion. Currently, a lot of contributions are on hold for reasons of time, appropriate chronological positioning, or lack of awareness / faith for the cause.

It's like I've gone on an expedition with the live reviews. A productive one, granted, but maybe not an interesting one. I've been doubtful of whether anything I've written on the live front has been digested by SC peeps. I can totally understand where you're coming from.

I'm setting up a blog for Oxford-related (and album) reviews. Statto has said to me that Stops 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24 could be trimmed. So when the wheels are in motion, I'll delete those, and try and get more SC-related posts on the go.

What do you reckon? Wave

But what do you think, snowy? I'd be disheartened if this wasn't the best plan of action.
I've kept one review for each venue, and stripped back the blog to its bare essentials.
