I am not partial to a bit of Paul McKenna book hypnosis at the moment, so that is all i will write down as a reco here. I have 2 hypnosis sessions from Paul now, I think the I Can Make You Happy one is my favourite.

Right now I'm listening to the pillowy sounds of David Tagg and Brian Grainger - Pillbox A-Z. There are 50 "pill" tracks there, and like a comatose overdose, it is not recommended for overdosing on.
