Recycle ver2.0 Problem

For some reason when i export my cut up parts of my sample they end up sounding different with an added ping loop which fades out.. They also sound this way when i preview them in Recycle. When i dont preview them they sound fine.

This has been causing me to go bananna's

after alot of hair pulling and punches to the monitor i found the problem.
