They are ridged and have little red lines to resemble lovely crispy bacon. I put one in my mouth. Where is the bacon flavour? I remember these being very strong on the bacon flavour but all I can taste is he corn. The texture is sort of crumbly once in the mouth but not too bad. They are quite light crisps to have.
