Analog Delay

Wassup! I have been wanting to get an analog delay for a while but I'm having trouble deciding which one. I like the Endangered Audio AD4096 for its Expand feature, but the delay time (300ms) is pretty short but it might be enough. The Moogerfooger 104z is beautiful but expensive. There are a bunch of guitar geared pedals like the memory man/boy, Diamond Memory lane, Empress super delay, pigtronix delay and the deja vu delay that have allot of features, but the sound quality of these units do not seem impressive. I'd prefer something that is purely analog. I have had it with digital delays. I'm getting rid of the Roland RE-20 because it makes everything sound like its going through an aluminum can. I want that warm BBD sound for under $500. Any ideas?
Theres a next one to the Roland Series, Re - 201
ive got the MXR carbon copy analog delay pedal, which im very fond of, very very nice sounding and not expensive.

Beautiful and only £200

Digital chip but underclocked for longer delay times and everything else is analog, and some really cool features. I want one!

I use one w/ an Ibanez CF7. they're $150 but you can find a beat up one on craigslist & ebay for under $100. only 300ms delay though.
