One of my personal favs, i throughly reccomend it very friendly people and the lemon tea is top notch.

patience is what it all comes down to, really. it's a sad fact of life that we can't change other people so they work the way we want them to, but no matter how much frustration you end up feeling around that fact of life, you're not going to work past it until you accept that it's something you can't change. you can't change people, but what you CAN do is turn your own values and beliefs into actions - if your values and beliefs make sense, then maybe somebody will see that you put them into action and they worked out, and will possibly choose to adopt some of them.

that's the most you can hope for.

you can also change yourself, and since everything about the world comes through our head before we can do anything with it, often the effect is practically quite similar to what would happen if we COULD change people. why? as long as you're frustrated about how stupid people are and how you have no power to change that, chances are you'll try to work around that by figuring out ways to change people. if you accept that people are what they are and it's not something you have power over, then because you've accepted it as a 'controlled variable' in the situation, your own designs will automatically accomodate for the fact that it's something that can't be changed. you can adapt, finding new ways to work around that person's unique parameters to get done what you want to get done.
