I have it at home. Lemme try and remember to do it.
PM me tomorrow if I ain't PMed you about it.
I spent a while looking for the full length version over december. the best i found had a bit rate of 11k :/
the short one is all over the place tho.
I have it, tried to upload it there, its from the soul pride instrumental album, ill do a sendspace, unless I can upload it here? is ther a way to attach files? its only 10MB?
nice, then i'll just get that cd
except it's ungodly expensive being cheapest used @ $75 on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/soul-pride-instrum...279&sr=1-1 fraher Wrote:ill do a sendspace, unless i can upload it here? is ther a way to attach files? its only 10mb? sendspace for preference

Awesome!!
no worries
Listening to the full tune now... The smilies above seem to be dancing in time
Thanks!
To Fraher - Do you have a wav/aiff version I just need a clean part of the ride sample from this break. I love it, and nowadays im working on a tune what is a bit similar like the early virus sound. I just figured out that Ed Rush and Optical used a lot this break as a background layer... I tried it with a simple 1bar loop (Ive got it from DOA, but its tooo short to edit, and too crappy (11k problem)), so and its works great!
Check PDX's link, that's what you're after I believe ^^^
Yeah, thanks, got it!
Ive done the editing... A tip : If you want to make a rideloop from this break, try this method : I cut the break. Then i made a REX, load up into EXS and made a simple drumline like this : kick-ride-snare-ride-ride-kick-snare-ride Theeeen. I moved the kick and snare notes a bit upper into another ride part...and the result is amazing SOrry about this but im sooooo happy
both the wav and the mp3 are from the only tighten up i've ever heard..
make it mellow... mellow.. |
